What Is This

A short information form, about 5 minutes, that lets us understand your circumstances and recommend the right level of support for you.

The assessment is for anyone who wants a considered recommendation on the right next step. It is suitable whether your situation is straightforward or involves prior refusals, status gaps, or multiple possible pathways.

What We Are Looking At

When we review your submission, we consider:

Pathway fit against current selection patterns
Timing, status, and sequencing constraints
Prior refusals, status gaps, or documentation issues
Risks and factors that affect realistic outcomes

What You'll Receive

Within 3 business days, you'll receive a written reply from the RCIC. Depending on your situation, the reply will do one of the following:

Recommend a specific service and briefly explain why it fits
Point you to a resource that may be sufficient on its own
Tell you that a viable pathway does not currently appear to exist, and what would need to change

If a service is recommended

You'll receive a clear recommendation. There's no obligation, and no further step unless you decide to take one.
