Corporate Strategy Session (60 minutes)

What this session is for
This is a working session for HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. It is designed to evaluate a specific hiring need, select the right immigration pathway, and identify compliance risks before you commit to an application.

It is suitable if you:

• Have a specific role you need to fill with foreign talent.

• Are deciding between an LMIA and an LMIA-exempt (IMP) pathway.

• Need to understand the Global Talent Stream (GTS) or Francophone Mobility requirements.

• Need a focused review of a specific compliance issue (e.g., wage thresholds, audit readiness, record-keeping).

• Want a professional assessment of the timeline and risks for an intra-company transfer (ICT).

What’s included

• Pre-call review of your company information and the role details (NOC, location, timeline).

• 60-minute strategic discussion.

• Assessment of viable pathways for the role (e.g., LMIA-exempt vs. LMIA, ICT, GTS, Francophone Mobility) and main risk points.

• Identification of potential compliance or documentation risks.

• A clear recommendation on next steps (whether to proceed with an application, or whether a different hiring approach is needed).

• A short written summary (bullet-point pathway options and next steps) within 2–3 business days.

Important limitation
This is a strategy session only. It is not a full application preparation, a formal Pathway & Risk Assessment report, or legal review of your employment contracts. A short written summary of pathway options and next steps is included; it is not a formal Pathway & Risk Assessment or application package. If you retain us for the application, the $500 fee is credited toward the total flat fee.

If you have already received a formal inspection or non-compliance letter:
Please say so at booking. This session may not be appropriate if a formal inspection is already open; in that case, we will confirm whether a scoped engagement is required instead.

Full LMIA and work-permit representation is scoped on our  Hiring Foreign Workers page — it is not booked as a fixed $500 session.
