OINP Employer Job Offer Stream Invitations: First Week of June 2025

Northern Ontario: 973 Invitations

Eastern Ontario: 334 Invitations

REDI Pilot: 843 Invitations

The OINP also issued targeted invitations to candidates working in priority healthcare occupations, a critical sector across the province. The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes were included:

• 31101 – Specialists in surgery

• 31102 – General practitioners and family physicians

• 31300 – Nursing coordinators and supervisors

• 31301 – Registered nurses and psychiatric nurses

• 31302 – Nurse practitioners

• 31303 – Physician assistants, midwives, and allied health professionals

• 32101 – Licensed practical nurses

• 33102 – Nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates

• 44101 – Home support workers, housekeepers, and related occupations (across all three streams)

Healthcare candidates required a minimum score of 68 (Foreign Worker and International Student streams) or 34 (In-Demand Skills stream).

Career Development Practitioners: In-Demand Role

Additionally, the province issued invitations to candidates with job offers under NOC 41321 (Career Development Practitioners and Counsellors, except education). A minimum score of 45 was required. June 6, 2025: Correcting a System Error

On June 6, the OINP issued 72 additional invitations to candidates with job offers in Greater Sudbury. These were re-issued due to a system error in the previous round, ensuring no eligible candidates were missed. Invitations applied to all three Employer Job Offer streams for individuals residing in Canada with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Important Application Details

If you received an invitation in the June 3 or June 6 rounds, keep the following in mind:

Application Deadline:
Submit your application by June 20, 2025.
No extensions will be granted due to system upgrades.

Updated Employer Form:
Use the updated Application for Approval of Employment Position (Employer Form) dated April 10, 2024. Submitting an outdated form will result in an incomplete application and a refunded fee.

How to Apply:

1. Visit the relevant Employer Job Offer stream page (Foreign Worker, International Student, or In-Demand Skills).

2. Review the document checklist.

3. Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal using your new file number (with prefix JOXX).
   Don’t worry if your old EOI number (e.g., EOI-JOFW-XXXXXX) is greyed out — this is normal.

4. There is no need to contact the OINP if you’ve received an invitation.
